I don't believe it's alignment related, sorry.
Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.

I've played quite a bit with Spiffeh over the past month or so of being back. In other situations, I felt like I could talk with him and have a conversation. Here it's just straight out abrasive (in a game sense) with no chance of him even reconsidering his stance.

Isn't this you suspecting me?
Also the way you keep reiterating that you won't be voting for me/don't suspect me now makes you think you are flipping scum and trying to perpetuate this notion that we are scumbuddies so I can be mislynched next day. :(

No, it isn't. I feel like you're really weird because I haven't seen you so hyperfocused before. It really is weird. And what I mean by "this isn't the town Spiffeh that I've seen" is that it isn't. I feel like you've been really brash where in experiences over the past few weeks (both ongoing and non) that you really weren't in those other situations. I don't really know how much better that I can explain it.

No.

So you'll bet your life against Starbuck's then?

If she flips town, I can lynch you tomorrow?

You're ok with that?

WHEN I flip town, you better follow through on this.

In post 1420, Iecerint wrote:See, I never feel that confident as town, so that makes me pretty nervous!

I basically only do what you are doing when I am SCUM providing ORDER to the FRIGHTENED MASSES.

Not saying this is externally valid to you but that is just what I am comparing it to in my head.

Hence, part of my uneasiness with Syryana.

LLD's claim is interesting. On the View Askew board, we always played games where everyone had a power, rather than typical mafia vs town. I've seen a power like hers more often in those games because each real day = one game day. I think it makes sense for a role like hers in a Blitz game. It could definitely be fake, though.

In post 1432, Spiffeh wrote:Because has been parked all day and I want to see where your head is at?

And you haven't?

In response to Nacho's #1442....

1. It's a bullshit reason to lynch me because isn't the point of lovers to not be able to isolate them? Why would we be in the game if you could just kill us each with no problem? It doesn't make sense.

2. I have already explained myself in an above post to Spiffeh about those posts that you quoted.

3. How does thinking your reasoning is horrid equate to shutting you out? That's some misrep right there.

4. You can not think that I'm town, but I'll still be town all damn day and all damn game. I can't help that you don't like the way that I'm playing (I did lose one of my dogs this week and am working close to 80 hours, including tomorrow, on robotics events), but I've been in the spotlight since near the beginning of Day 1 and not of my own accord. So if you have issue with that, you need to take it up with Spiffeh who has been pushing all of this crap from the get go.

no one said you should resign yourself to a lynch
but when your top scum read claims confirmable information, it's usually polite to at least consider the possibility he is telling the truth/determine what he has to gain from lying

The loss of two possible Town. I don't know mollie's alignment.

Giving town the ability to save one of them makes sense in a scum/town pairing since it rewards town for good reads and rewards scum for good play. It makes less sense in a town/town pairing depending on what Syryana's restrictions are but could also be in order to make town think of the first scenario.

Katsuki could have also failed to figure out that particular interaction because he's Katsuki and let it slide because that was the fairest thing to do based on what he told Syryana his role was.

He kills two town at 12 alive, meaning he's instantly lynched tomorrow and we are only down one mislynch. Does that seem worth it to you from a scum perspective?

I said I can see his POV coming from a town stand point, as I've said a few times prior. I could be dead wrong and need to go back and re-evaluate. It's weird because I've never seen such a high level of aggression from him straight out of the gate.

This whole "Spiffeh is being so weird" thing has gone on since like D1 and you've still not managed to put forth any sort of new development on that stance during that time, like - I don't know - a read?

This is only my second game with mollie (the other is ongoing). I can't really state my feelings on her due to that, but this game, where Spiffeh has been more aggressive, she has been way less so. I don't really know what to think of that.

I can see your point the town/scum lover pairing, but I don't trust Syryana at all. I didn't like how he came onto my wagon and misrepresented pretty much everything that I said to further his point and I don't like his consistent push now. It really feels like he's riding Spiffeh's coat tails.

I really think it's foolish to put so much confidence in him.
