Aye, I know :P. But I just want clarification on if it's a random vote, or a vote with a reason behind it, and if so what that reason is... Perhaps I could have worded my question better.

Seems like an overly strong read on Mario considering he had 1 post at that point.

I got lynched once D1 for using the dice button to randomly select a person to vote for in RVS. I get the idea that a vote that is truly random is scummy because it allows somebody to vote without putting their neck on the line a little but I was town when I was lynched so I'm not sure what to make of this.

Why are you making something out of nothing at all? Seems like you're just trying to look active while not actually helping the town.

Isn't it a bit early to have town reads, especially on someone who only has one post to there name?

I can't show any confidence right now to who is town, as it's too early.

@Karnage

Yes that was a random vote.

Can people just invent a reason for voting me, please? RVS when gone wrong brings nothing to the table, as we can see here.

Why do you want people to invent a reason to vote you? Other then the afformentioned RVS thing.

Meh, I'm typically very aggressive D1 and generate a lot of content, but people scum reading me for it lately has dampened my enthusiasm. The whole idea of the game is that an un
inform
ed majority has to generate
information
, but not may people appreciate that fact anymore.

What's stopping you from doing the same? It's not like you've really done anything to help us break out of RVS.

That is the only reason. Should it not suffice? I am currently the largest wagon and nobody could care less about it. We're not going to get anywhere expecting the game to move itself forward. So either legitimise my wagon or disband it, I say.

That I'm sick of playing hard only to have people call me scum for it, so I'm laying back. I started posting a lot and Mario said I'm trying to control the town and voted me. I'm tired of that bullshit.

Bad vote. Genda was calling out hypocrisy.
Re: Persivul; if you haven't noticed I am also trying to get us out of RVS. I just didn't really like the controlling way you went about it, tbh.
I personally think we need some more Karnage votes.

Persivul- Your very active style of play makes you look towny. People are just scared that if you are scum then it will be hard to call you out later with your style of play. Like in the game I played with you before, you made it through the whole game without anyone questioning you as scum at all.

I was just confused as there didn't seem to be a player with the initials 'IC' in the game. Thanks for clearing that up.

Why in the world did you vote him then?

There's 2-1/2 pages of mostly RVS. Catching up would take ten minutes.

You should ALWAYS want people posting more. Then learn how to read them. You can't (apart from meta) read someone who isn't posting.

Excellent point. He doesn't want to push, he wants to react, which is frequently scummy.

Reacting is a lot easier than pushing, yes, especially for a player as unmotivated as I. That is true for either alignment.

Those posts made me feel at least marginally better about you, though, so now VOTE: SnarkySnowman

I've recently played a game with Ricastle in which he explicitly stated that the less involved he was the more his alignment was victorious. I don't think his post is scummier than Karnage at this point. Everyone ignoring me AFTER I voted him makes this more likely to be scum as well. (Right now Genda is a worse vote still. I have a townread there.)

I think Karnage was trying to look helpful while actually trying to not help the town advance.
