tbh I wouldn't rule out scumreading lane for looking super townie, in Five Night's at Freddy's Mafia (which was coincidentally also modded by lucky), he had me very seriously considering lynching my cop inno result over him. Although part of that was because him bringing cop me to LYLO with a player that I greenchecked was an aggressive gamble.

I read lane as town. I once played scum with him and he shared a scum tactic he likes to use, and he hasn't used that here.

there are like 100+ roles in the setup, check them out
some of them are scum that benefit from being targeted tho. or if scum!RC has a teammate who can use their ability on him for scum gain (like a Mafia Cupid that's not RC, using it on RC)
