We were personally attacked and smeared in a Speakeasy thread by Pirate Mollie.

The admins took no action against her except removing the post.

There is no reason for us to stay here at this point.

They're mods, not gods. Chances are they're just deciding what to do. They have to take time to decide how to react so they don't overreact or do something rash, so they can act fairly.

Just because they haven't done it in the blink of an eye doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. Discussing the best solution to something is basic site moderating 101. They'll get the job done.

I'm not sure about you, but I'd rather a moderating team take time and do the right thing rather than rushing into something and banning, then realising they did a bad thing and then having a huge mess to clean up.

No, mollie contacted ika's mom and the mods defended her. She lied about and smeared us and put a ton of personal information in a public thread. This is not the first time she's harassed us. I am currently replacing out of all my games and deleting my GTKAS. We are not allowed to contact each other or discuss it anywhere so I'm hoping this gets me banned so I don't make the mistake of coming back to a place I used to enjoy but has become toxic to me in the past few weeks.

There's a lot of really cool people here I will miss and I enjoy the games but this is not good for my mental health or ika's.

I don't really care about the drama, all I'm saying is that site mods know what they're doing - otherwise they wouldn't be site mods - so maybe you should step back and see if the situation is as black-and-white right-and-wrong as you are making it out to be.

I just have a pet peeve when people criticise the mods because they put a fuckton of work in and rarely get appreciation, only scorn when they don't do exactly what this one person wants.

Anyway I feel like West is p clearly town here so I have 0 desire to vote him. The cool kids tell me that means I have to vote Ari but I'm not super stoked about that either. If someone could give me some actual yaknow mafia reasons for some of the shit we're doing that'd be a real humdinger.

Anyway I feel like West is p clearly town here so I have 0 desire to vote him. The cool kids tell me that means I have to vote Ari but I'm not super stoked about that either. If someone could give me some actual yaknow mafia reasons for some of the shit we're doing that'd be a real humdinger.

From Elbirn, we know there are 2 purple players and 9 blue. So either the 2 (probably) remaining scum have painted themselves purple, or have managed to paint themselves blue (with possibly a color godfather) and painted 2 townies purple.

From acryon, we know that 1 out of {west, ari, fire} had wet paint last night. Assuming that's from scum painter role doing their thing, one of those 3 is purple. We color flipped fire (blue) so either ari or west is purple. If we lynch one and they flip purple, we know from the flip whether scum painted themselves purple or town purple. If they flip blue, we can infer the other is purple etc.

No I get the issue, but I'm not sure anyone has any better plan at this point. If other people had very strong feelings about someone being scum, then we could go there, but for now, this seems worth pursuing, especially if the game is slowing down.

Why is fire excluded as a possibility if we think scum can paint themselves blue? *sips tea*

The intent here is to find the purple person in order to find that out.

Scenario 1: we lynch the purple person out of {west, ari}. We know directly from their flip whether they are town or scum.
Scenario 2: we lynch the blue one. Thus we infer the last person to be purple (we could color flip them tomorrow if we don't have any other leads and want to confirm). If the blue lynch flips scum, then we know purple is town. If blue lynch flips town, then we don't know (but can verify tomorrow) whether the purple person is town or scum.

Pedit: so we try to find purple again tomorrow? Presumably *somebody* who was blue got painted purple last night and this is our best lead.
