My case is based on the facts that:
1) Maestro uses a lot of AtE and Wifom.
2) Maestro has a severe lack of concrete content otherwise.

Neither is scummy.

Town AtE and Wifom too.
Town can be busy or apathetic too.

Wisdom, Maestro has not provided much content at all. Has not even put down a vote yet this day. You agree kush and I are town right? That means Maestro only voted town Day 1. He has said several times he was going to reread, his v/la ended already, he's still not contributing. Even if there's a small chance he's town, I don't want him in lylo.

Since when scum ask people to claim at L-5, farmer?

It being a thing scum have not historically done (or any faction, really) doesn't mean that it's not scummy if the scum motivation for it outweighs the (non-existent) town motivation for it. Did he really think he'd get a claim? I don't know, but he also could've just thrown it out there on the chance that Maestro might claim out of exasperation.

It isn't much of a scumread by itself, but it magnifies Snarky's scumminess as a whole. There's ample reason for scum to do it, so why not give it a shot if he doesn't think he'll be scumread for it?

Like, you have to be completely dumb and shallow (and unfortunately there are at least two such townies in here) in order to look at that and say "okay yes, scum benefit from claims, so that held scum motivation"

If someone does something that is very advantageous to scum, not not advantageous at all (even dis-advantageous) to town, does that not make the person more likely to be scum? How about if this were done in the midst a bunch of other scummy stuff? You're not looking at his motivation at all. The guy really thought and thinks Maestro is scum, so it's obvious he'd want him to claim. That's the obvious motivation there. Not your farfetched "maybe he would get a claim".
