Johnny, looking back at 185 or whatever the number was I have no idea what I meant either. Late night and buzzed maybe.

I've been neglecting this game and want to do a readslist to settle in more. Problem is the nature of this setup seems to actively discourage town openness with reads and cohesion.

inb4 scum team is tbone and marquis and they're spending more time discussing who gets to flee than they are posting in game

I initially wanna vote Hiplop for not making any sense and exhibiting signs of flailing, but then I realize I hate it when people do that shit. I blame the connection I have with cheerio. I might brainstorm out loud about him if he doesn't do something soon.

Hip says "self preservation" as though it's alignment indicative.

Don't like the attack on Dav much and he responds, showing us why he gets votes often. Hoping to get a read on him here, but its hard to tell the difference between him voting with his feelings and him posturing. Basically unless he makes a mistake I'll be assuming he's as scummy as he is good at acting.

@Cogie what?

This argument with Hip, honkington, antihero and David after dentist just comes of as hip being a brat in all aspects. Like, you have two different meta conversations happening and dav asking in-game questions, and hip's being obstinate about all of them. On the one hand, that's super risky scrum play, on the other if he lives and flees he's left a minefield of bullshit for us to sift through. Ugh.

Dad blowing up looks fine. He did that and died in a game I replaced into recently.

I like the turn on quil by Reck and Hip, quil needs pressure.

In post 865, hiplop wrote:I'm pretty blatantly town, cheet.

This shit is the goddamned worst. Every time cocky players don't get their way I see some shit like this and it just makes me wanna put a brick through somebody's head. You're not blatantly town and you're barely even trying to win based on how you're playing, so step off your high horse and play the part of the game where you discuss shit with your fellow human beings.

The meta scumreads on hip from pretty obvious townies Gurgle and antre are hard to ignore.

Heyo caught up. Got a little skimmy for the last few pages but hey my typing thumb has a goddamn cut on it, get off my back. I'm gonna make a list of things I want, hold up

Dav, Groky and antihero are all town and I'm willing to stake the game on that. Less so on Bulge but not enough to put any more thought into him.

People who have presumably not read that I have no read on: Nos, bins, Marq. If any of y'all are reading this, get your ass in gear or replace out, this game's hard enough without good players falling behind. I wanna win this.

@mod - do something about tbone

Hip seems like a person I'd normally let slide, though his flip from "^fake" to "genuinely frustrated" on Dav is somewhat distressing and now going after teebee again seems uninspired. I will more than happily lynch him based on that and my townreads' meta-scumreads.

I don't like quil's flip on hip. Quil should talk more.

I don't like kuroi's flip on hip. Kuroi should talk more.

I don't like Snarky's flip on me. Snarky should talk more.

Grade A hero shots if anyone wants to make them: Muffy, Kats, Cogie. Those three are active and I can't think of a damn thing any of them have done.

I'm here for questions, reactions and to discuss the lynch. Who's here?

i have a bit of a game that i want to play because ive been mulling over how useful pressure wagons are going to be early on in this setup.

basically, i would like for everyone to give an ordered list of the three people who you would be least inclined to shoot if we were to jump into n1 right now.

my picks would be:
i) quilford
ii) johnnyfarrar
iii) marquis

p-edit: booooooo.

Deadline: May 8th at Noon EDT

I'm currently in the process of searching for a T-Bone replacement. It doesn't happen instantly. I may extend the deadline mostly because I'll be on a plane at Noon on the 8th so the thread would simply be locked at that time for quite a bit. I'll let everyone know by tomorrow about the deadline.

I understand Marquis' sentiment but I mean everyone has the motivation to look town due to insta-lose.

Which is pretty much my biggest fear right now. There's a selfish reason so you know I truly feel bad about my play. And I'm honestly giving all my free time (in which I'm not playing Overwatch) to catch up. I'm really struggling to read mafia rn and it was harder than I thought to get into.
is this where I tell you to swipe right

He was doing the "name three people" thing because he thought pressure wagons weren't that useful. It's time to move on and give a read on someone that's not Gorkington.

*shrug* I've just been a bit busy the last few days and I also feel more comfortable with my town reads than with my scum reads right now, so if you don't know how to sheep properly, that's not something I care about that much right now.

if youre town, the blue line is what you should aspire to reach and the red line is the bare minimum of where you should try to get in the next 4-5 days.
especially for the lurksackpile between kats/hip.

i really want to see more game-related non-mechanics talk from everyone below the red line.

Can I ask why I've managed to stay at the top when I have basically lurked the last 200-ish posts, beyond one post about Snarky's activity?
