There are two conflicting rules in my ruleset. The general rules state that a no lynch results in a mafia win, and the specific rules state that a no lynch results in the game instantly going into post-Day 1 (Accusation stage) with a mafia member fleeing. I apologize for the discrepancy and wish I had noticed it earlier. However, Game Specific Rules supersede General Ones, so I'll be using the Game Specific Rules (i.e. not lynching by the deadline results in a mafia member fleeing, no lynch, and the accusation stage). Again, apologies to everyone.

he lurked really hard in both of the games ive played with him and he was town in both.
reading his ISO over, the weird jump from voting hiplop to calling him town seems almost too weird to be scum? why flipflop on hiplop without explaining it unless hip is his scummate? and to that end i guess i just feel like looking for associations between players in this game is bound to turn up way more in terms of false leads than anything, yknow?

specifically, the kind of sweeping generalizations he made early game about CES/quil that he himself admitted were exaggerated. do you think that exaggeration is null/town/scum?
and him calling nosferatu a lurker as basis for lynching him.

and him getting all worked up about people/[or more specifically me] calling snarky/pere highest on my scumlist when he'd been voting t-bone before he moved on to nosferatu and when hes expressly indicated that hes pretty fine with lynching either of them now.

and before hiplop shits all over my face for even bringing up these points, i just want to see what muffin thinks of them, im not pushing a case here.

i don't think any of hiplop's reasoning for votes has been particularly good. i also think that of most if not all of the rest of the game, too

i mean, in all honesty, there's not a whole lot to suggest hiplop isn't scum, i just haven't seen much that's convincing other than what i expect of hiplop as a player in general, which is a whole lot of not-looking-town-with-not-so-great-play

it was either a ploy to get people to think "hey he's not being survivalist atm coz hes defending counter-wagons to himself" or that's what he actually thinks. i may look at this again in the morning but i doubt it's as bad as you're making it out to be

i dont think a lurker lynch is so bad in a setup like this where there's clearly going to be one scum making the least amount of associations they can. the question is which of the least-amount-of-association people is the bad guy and which of them is the bad people in general
