don't feel bad, you aren't the only one playing this game that was bad. Fruit's tunnel on me was absolutely horrible
p.edit - actually yes you did and I could quote it if you would like but I think it's best if we never talk or play with each other again.
Robbed of a scummy for what had to be the best unvote in mafiascum history.
the whole game is dumb and we don't know why we're good at it and nobody knows what is going on and we're all going to have to accept that

I'd probably say Roshar was the best of the town players. It's worth noting that her night action was informed by her day read of Huntress; without the day read, the night action doesn't work. And she also did a good job driving the board to develop reactions to her case rather than just dump a claim in at the start of the day. The nature of how she pushed the case created the potential for associations to develop. It's easy to say "well that's just what you should do", but it's not always easy to pull it off.

Knew that titus was the last one - that claim just could not stand. Thank god you guys left that opening or titus probably would have slid out of being lynched again - she is good at that
Thanks for not lynching me town - I know that I totally would have. My VC was so damn horrible that I don't think I could even try to defend myself - no way to do so. I was wrong on basically everything other than titus
APF's push on heur and that lynch was super important as well. After Titus claimed, moving on to lynching another scum member and clearing APF was good.
@Ircher
- Thanks for the Unsung Hero award! That's really cool. I would feel better about the game in general if I'd been able to have some influence over what people were thinking. Lowell's lynch is a bit of a failure for me from that perspective.

I'd need to have a re-read but I didn't feel that during the game. Why do you think so?

So we win even if we're dead? Yaaaay. Good game all.
I wasn't aware there was a dead pt.
@Mhs, about me saying I wasn't going to roleblock titus : I was considering role-blocking someone other than titus, and didn't want to be targeted by titus if she was scum. I wanted to force her not to NK me. This meant I'd be protected, if titus was scum, or if someone else was. The one thing I didn't consider was that she'd opt for a no kill, and I'm lucky I decided on blocking her in the end. I was kind of puzzled when she came out and asked who I blocked, when if scum who submitted a NK, I think she'd stay far from that question.
Also, it was you and Froot that laid down the Titus case and scum motive behind bussing Huntress. Froot too made me see how unlikely Lowell's D3 actions would be if he was scum. Town was strong this game. Apf and his strong Heur push too.
And about the deal, day was ending and some wanted to avoid lynching Titus b/c they'd feel bad if they were being too wary of her and I was getting tired of waiting for a flip. I also wanted to ascertain a titus lynch tomorrow, I know APF would have kept his word, and Froot would definitely be on. I suppose I could have been more obstinate though.
I still don't understand mafia's Nos NK as he was an ideal mislynch imo.
And @Froot, when you stick to a case, you drill the hell out of it XD I kinda feel bad for Titus having you on her case haha, and I was really worried D3 if you'd find me suspicious.
@Huntress, your defending was pretty good. If your earlier play had damned you (for me), your defense got you town read. If it wasn't for the no kill, I'd have seriously doubted myself.
@Clumsy, sorry buddy, there were times I felt like your tone was towny, but I didn't back down from pushing you. When doubt seeds in your mind, it's hard to remove.
Most of the town. I did appreciate you quoting it. I was kinda raging a bit in dead chat about being ignored. I'd have gone pretty nuts if this game turned into a loss on my record with three straight ML's.

I had to restrain myself with Titus during D4. I've had some bad experiences in the past with getting SUPER harsh and it looking bad. I'm interested in what Titus was thinking, and looking at the Mafia PT, because it seemed like she was floundering a bit. When Johnny said that he had more respect for Titus' scum play I felt like shouting at him, like, her play's more likely to be bad as town?
That was part of why I didn't push the Lowell thing. I was thinking that if other town players weren't totally convinced yet and wanted to lynch a scummy townie first, I understood that. Lowell felt lynchbaity to me though and I didn't feel like his play on D3 was scum play. I could've talked about that more.
@Roshar - I didn't really suspect you for the push on Huntress, it just felt like you were more convinced than the evidence. When you claimed, it was like it all made sense.
@Smith - I was totally ready to run at you before you were killed, I don't have any notes about you specifically, unfortunately. I'm quite happy I looked back and saw your point about Titus because it really was influential thinking that scum would know that Huntress had been blocked. Titus was helped by APF believing that scum might not have known completely.
In fairness, I wasn't really doing all that great the first two days. Part of that was the unfortunate situation demotivating me somewhat, and part of it was that I kind of was nerfing my game a bit to avoid the NK (IIRC). Once Roshar role outed, AND there was a (preusmable) wolf flip, I took advantage of that to throw down some analysis (since Roshar seemed like a very likely victim if town, and killer if mafia [i.e. a bussing situation]). I suspect that got me killed, but so be it.

@Froot, it was more the neighbor thing you found suspicious and I was getting frustrated that you wouldn't let it go. By the same token though, the trait had you pushing Titus strongly and consistently.
I suspect it did. But I figured they were shooting you anyway so it didn't really matter. Given that you RB'd Titus N4 buying town another day, I think it was overall ok in the end.

I was also pleasantly surprised when i discovered the clumsy wagon was ALL town after my analysis. i figured odds were one was still on there, but it being zero after making that point was kinda nice

- Yeah, I was hesitant about mentioning the neighbour thing again but there was a new context so I felt like it was relevant. I feel like we both did well to move past that on D3 though.
@Smith
- it was harsh that I couldn't really compare it to the game we'd just played because you were a mason then, so I felt like that would influence your play enough that it wouldn't be valid meta.

Yeah, I was really surprised they didn't get me instead. I guess they felt you posts must have been pretty threatening. I actually kinda bought APF analysis on why they didn't.
