Activity
Prods will be issued to players if they have not posted within a 48-hour period. Players who have been prodded have 48 hours to respond in the game thread before a replacement is sought.
Players who have been prodded 3 times are subject to replacement without further notice.
If you anticipate being away for at least 48 hours, please PM me or post a V/LA notice in the thread with the expected date of your return. If it’s in the thread bold it and write @mod.
Days and Nights
Days will have a deadline of two weeks, and Nights will last 72 hours. Deadline extensions will be granted only in extreme circumstances.
Lynches occur through simple majority (50% of living players + 1, rounded down). If no majority is reached at deadline or there is a majority of votes for No Lynch, Day will end without a lynch. Once majority is reached, no further votes or unvotes will count.
Votes and vote revocations must be bolded (e.g., Vote: PlayerName and Unvote). Unvotes WITH NAME when switching votes are also very helpful for me and are HIGHLY encouraged. (e.g., Unvote: PlayerName, Vote: No Lynch). Use of the vote tags (e.g., VOTE: PlayerName) is HIGHLY encouraged as well.
All players, including the lynched player, are allowed to talk in twilight phase until the thread is locked, at which point Day ends.
Dead players are allowed one "bah!" or completely non-game related post, but after that may not post until the game has been officially declared over.
Actions not received by deadline will be considered forfeiting an action for that night. Actions may be submitted ahead of time and can be changed as many times as desired; at deadline, the last valid action that was submitted will be used. Actions may be submitted via PM or QuickTopic.
Any situation not covered above will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to add, modify, or remove rules as necessary. I will notify you of any changes in the thread.

Game Setup
This game is using the standard Newbie Game setup, Matrix6. One row or one column will be randomly chosen from the table below and the remaining six roles will be filled in by Mafia Goons and Vanilla Townies as appropriate to create a total of 2 Mafia-aligned players and 7 Town-aligned players.

It's a nice, calm time to live in InnocentVille. Everyone is happy, the guilty are duly punished, people are nice, and most everyone is, innocent.
That is, until innocentvillager, your mayor, randomly drops dead one night.
A note from the "NotSoInnocentVillagers" calls for an overhaul of the "corrupt, quasi-innocent" policies that innocentvillager has instated.
So many of you have fled the town out of fear that only 9 of you remain to discuss the issue.
You know two of these other 8 people are the NotSoInnocentVillagers, since they said they were a group of 2. Fearing for your lives, you angrily and hastily accuse each other of being the NotSoInnocentVillagers. What's their objective? You wonder...
You finally decide on 0x40, whose name was so irritable since hexadecimal is confusing. Why couldn't he have just called himself 64? Anyway, you hoist his body in the air to lynch him, until you hear a neck snap. You rummage through his belongings and his house, only to find that he was, unfortunately, quite innocent.

You step out from your house to meet in the town square again. You're frustrated by killing an innocent yesterday, but you have to figure out who's been tampering with the innocence of your town.
You count the number of people in the square: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... did someone die?? Oh wait, there's you, so 8.
Is everyone still here?

You go home for the night, happy with your success so far. You're in the process of turning this corrupt, faux-innocent town into a realistic society.
You know who the next target is: it had to be shannon. After all, she claimed Jailkeeper during the day. You set out for her house with your tools: chloroform, a dagger, and a gun just in case.
You creep up to her house stealthily only to hear the front door open, as she stands in front of you with her full prison guard outfit. Shit! It looks like she sees you!
"Is... is that you? What are you doing here?"
"Oh... hey shannon! Yeah I'm just uh... stopping by to check a few things." She looks down and glances at the tools you're holding, but it doesn't seem like she's noticed the gun or the knife.
"Well, I'm just about to go to the county jail to lock someone up for the night," she says, as she walks uncomfortably towards you. "Wanna come with?"
"Oh... no! I think I'm okay, I was just..."
"Just what?" she asks.
"Hanging around! I'm actually going home now..."
"Yeah? And... were you going to... try and.. KILL ME WITH THAT DAGGER??" she screams, as she lunges at you.
You realize your cover is blown. Shannon tackles you to the ground, trying to wrest the dagger from your pocket. You grunt and struggle as you try to get out of her grasp, but she's too strong. Just as she breaks the dagger free from you and raises it to strike, you whip out your gun on instinct and it's all over in a bang.
"What the fuck was that?"
"Did someone die?"
You hear voices, disturbed by the gunshot. You quickly toss the gun into a nearby trash can and run away to the nearest cover. The villagers come rushing out one by one... as you do a quick change of clothes and run back towards the crime scene.
"Oh my god!" you shout. "Shannon... our jailkeeper... gone!"
It's hard to say it without a relieved smile on your face.

Just wanted to thank you guys for all playing in my game, and apologize that I wasn't as present as I should've been (and made very inconsistent flavor).
This is a great time to write comments postgame! It's often very helpful to try and figure out what scum were thinking, or just kind of as a group reflect on how the game went down and what you could have done to improve your game maybe. IC/SEs especially, maybe kind of a nice constructive/compliment-like comment towards each newbie would be helpful for those
Anyway, congrats to PenguinPower and Drone for a great scum win at the end!
