These reads are actually really good. However @Gamma why would you try to start a deadline wagon on Umlaut rather than staying on the already established Dunn wagon?

Vote Smart? I don't believe there was a chance that lynch would go through eve if I did like it.
Keep my vote on you? Not the timeline of events. We were close to the end of the day. We had to consolidate.
Vote Gamma? While it may not have been optimal in hindsight, it was the best move at the time. So I did it.

hmmm. I'll need to go back and take a closer look at that and re-evaluate my town lean for him then. Not that big a fan of Vax's defenses. I feel like I defended him more than he defended himself. He feels as if he has validated himself, but i'm not exactly seeing it. Seems like he was attempting to make you as scummy as possible as a defense.

Would totally be down for that drink if it were, ya know, possible.

I want to add that I agree with Ari on parts of Vax's ISO feeling disingenuous.

I also dislike his framing of Jester as a narrator. It's an easy thing to push and isn't really scummy, but can easily be made to seem like it is. Setting up a future scumread/lynch early on.

You like to use words that have negative scum connotations - "framing of Jester"

Yes I wanted a jester lynch, his posts at that point were basically narrations of the game with little insight. He is still lurking BTW, if you are looking for an in depth analysis of my current thoughts on Jester I will need to re-read his iso's.

Pushes a Jester/Dunn lynch order, with Gamma as hard town, but keeps his options open to joining the Gamma push by throwing bits of shade his way. He then drops Jester and has Gamma as a top lynch option once it becomes more viable.

The "shade" you speak of was gamma making a reads list when he wasn't even at L1. He was acting as if he was already sentenced to death and had gave up. Are you arguing this is not the case? Are you arguing that gammas reactions seemed town to you? Again you are using more negative scum connotation (shade) to push your agenda.

His first post of D2 is damning all in itself. He first retroactively explains his scumread on Gamma, who is flipped town, as if he's nervous about it, and says he "has no idea what happened D1" despite being there, being caught up, and commenting lightly on things that were happening. He then comments on the night phase results, which I don't consider a scumtell itself, but the way he mentions it is off. The slow clap especially. As a third point, his BTD case looked pre-prepped. It would have been impossible to do so though unless he knew Umlaut was going to die overnight.

I have alot more time at the moment so I plan on being more involved int his game, besides, I have no idea about the craziness that went on day one.

I replaced in, reading through EVERYTHING was daunting, there was a ton of shit and quote walls to sift through, and ultimately I got bogged down by trying to read and re-read it. I still don't know what happened day 1. Day 2 however felt like a reboot, 2 dead scum, and we looked to be on track for a town win and I felt more confident about my thoughts.

Something about this sentence rubs me the wrong way. The first part almost apologizes for the last part, but maybe its just the way im reading it my head.

@blackstar, who do you think is scummiest today so far?

Subtle wordings like this also can mean a lot. He isn't asking Blackstar who he thinks is scum, he's asking who looks scummy. Town are looking for the former, scum for the latter so they have an easy lynch target. And the "So far" tells me he doesn't care about the motivations behind the posts, just their surface read. Otherwise he'd want solid scumreads based on motivations, not current trends.

I'm not sure if anyone else noticed, but I was debating on weather to call out Black star on his day 2 play, because it was VERY SIGNIFICANT change from day 1. He pretty much stopped posting and seemed to just agree with people and not do too much.

This describes exactly what I was doing. I was trying to get more information from blackstar to see why the change occured.

He asked a lot of questions D2, which is nice. But they don't advance anything and they aren't really scumhunting. Like, his "why did you ask for a VC here?" at me for example. He used it to throw shade using a made up internal narrative I never had. He didn't advance the game. He didn't care where my head was at or acknowledge my answer. He just went with what he wanted to say. Like he has an agenda of sorts...

There is that shade word again. What you call shade I call scum hunting. Maybe its all shade to you because you are scum? Is it getting dark in here?
You may or may not have had that internal narrative, but I had a thought and I wanted to share it. Should I not share my thoughts? If I didn't post anything in response you would have asked why I asked.

BTD, I want to add something to the conversation that will make everyone think I'm helping, even tho I have no reasons to be voting for you of my own.

Since you brought it back up. Why did you post this? Since I got your motivation wrong, waht WAS your motivation? I get what it "literally" says (BTD get in here and look for scum). Basically asking BTD to come play the game. This is why it comes off so weird, so I'm trying to think of reasons why you would say that and posted my thoughts. What are your thoughts on why you posted this?

I didn't mean to be flippant or dismissive by not responding to certain points earlier, I just thought the posts stood for themselves. I had an incident in a a game past where something happened due to my aggressive play-style and I do not wish for it to happen again. If anyone is offended personally by my play-style just give me a heads up and I will try to change my interactions.

In response to the incident it was suggested to me that I explain my thoughts better so I hope the above accomplished that.

Yesterday as in 3 weeks ago, in which the game was only in the first or second true day of its startup probably?

It's basically RVS. Furthermore how is one suppose to magically know if they are not there, or choosing not to really say anything within that short amount of time of the games startup?
