This literally does not mean anything just so you know.
Saying "we" when referring to the town is a subconscious thing that everyone just does. You either subconsciously say "we" when talking about town or you subconsciously say "the town" or "town" or something like that.
It's not a slip to say "we" over "town". If you say "we" someone at some point will say "he's trying way to hard to appear town by calling himself town every time he talks about town" and if you say "town" someone at some point will say "he's sounds disconnected because he says 'town' as if he were seperate from the town so he is scum."
