Reason: He's had four posts so far, two of them were votes with no other content. He has not explained his reasons for his current vote, which started a bandwagon on that player, and has tried to spin an apology the person he voted for made as 'backtracking', which feels like trying to retroactively justify his vote.

I've seen plenty of town mislynches, especially day one, and they all seem to follow the same patterns as today, but I haven't played with a lot of this game before -- they could work differently as a town and be seeing something I don't.

First of all, if you haven't noticed, I have been acting the same way as panzerjager the whole game. Why no vote for me? A little hypocritical.

Second, I have never really agreed with voting someone for lurking. Always ask for a mod prod/replace.

for now, ignore it. He is pushing a ridiculous lynch on someone with poor reasoning. This is often how he plays, so from a meta-perspective, he isnt defo scum. Obviously that doesnt mean what he is saying has any credibility, with regard to policy lynching TS, but for now i think lynching you is a good plan.

First of all, I wasn't defending panzer. It could have been anyone else using the same "non-chalant" style that he attacked. I'm just saying If your attacking someone for a certain behavior, why not attack all with that behavior. It looks a little like your just using that argument to target someone.

I'm trying to use the same technique A.B.R. uses and be scummy as hell, just in an asshole way and not in a scum way. It seems to work for him. Be too hated to waste a NK on, but not quite scummy enough to lynch. Altho I've yet to resort to Jester-speculation and Vig-direction.

I notice that you're also ignoring my advice to try and be more useful. Vote stays.

Yeah, and I'm not a big fan of that argument. Espeally at this point in day 1, if I see something so something scummy, I'll attack them for it and focus on them without necessarally trying to figure out if anyone else has done something similar and/or attack the person who's doing it the worst..

Lurking really hurts the town, and I think that just relying on the mod to control the problem is not in the best interestes of the town. Anyway, I understand that some reasonable people disagree with me on the validity of lurker voting, and that's ok, but I don't like that you're apparently using that as one of your reason to join the large peers wagon.

Only my wife's, but she's hot so I've got an excuse. The fact is, in the few posts he's made, Neo-Viper has been consistently level-headed and refused to rise to the bait placed before him. However, that, combined with his low numbers of posts, makes him look like he's doing his best to a) stay under the radar and b) not do anything stupid when he's actually on the radar. Sort of the way I intended to play, only I intended to not stay off the radar at all. The addition of lurking is what worries me.

Ok, the only things that I have time to say right now are that Peers's reactions have been iffy, and I don't like his "case" on neo-viper. Staying level-headed is what you need to do in this game. Also, there's multiple reasons to stay under the radar. That's about all I can say right now before I have to leave for vacation.

Well, I've already partially flipped out, and it hasn't done me any good, so.

Personally? I've given my reasons for my vote... and MoS has slowly moved up the list. You don't see me voting for A.B.R. even though he's got a tendency to suck the fun out of the game, because every once in a while he actually posts something intelligent (it could be random coincidence, but heck... if there can be games where I agree with BM, anything can happen and policy lynches are bad).

That's the difference. ABR occasionally posts something intelligent.

Also, it's a bit more than just a policy lynch. I don't have

fun

playing in games with people like that any more. But I have fun playing with most of the rest of you, so I'm not about to replace out. Therefore, I am also voting to eliminate the funsucker from this game. That person is TS. It's pretty simple, really. TS is not fun to play mafia with anymore. It doesn't really have anything to do with my alignment or her alignment. I just don't want to play in the same game with her.

Although you may hate TS, this is not a protown thing to do, if we went through with it, and TS was town, we'd just waste a lynch wouldn't we?

Why is everyone assuming I'm a Jester? It's kinda weird that it already popped up this early in the game, just because I made a policy vote on Day 1. What's the big deal? DGB/TS is a liability to the town, so eliminating her helps us. I don't really see how this at all indicates that I am some sort of diabolical Jester trying to get lynched. And yes I know that this ridiculous matter was started by ABR and should therefore be completely disregarded. However, it
