So I think we can presume 1 of 2 things:
Either chariman votes don't count or the game requires more than majority votes to lynch.
I'm thinking it's the former more than the latter.
right this is townIn post 133, ironstove wrote:I think it's a waste of time to figure out this game, and I think discussing game structure for too long will detract from the actual game itself which is to find scum, so let's stop with the gameplay discussion unless it's prior to hammer and we want to figure out who the best PR targets are. mmmk.

this is also town and karnos also should not be lynched. In post 191, Radical Rat wrote:The information is in my role PM, and I had to come up with the names on my own.
Why the dichotomy? I think they just count regularly and it's majority to lynch. In post 275, ironstove wrote:So I think we can presume 1 of 2 things:

Tier, what townie would feel aimless because he doesnt know how many scums are out there? In post 264, ironstove wrote:This game feels pretty aimless and confusing considering we don't even know if how many mafia teams or 3rd parties are in the game (if any) so it completely throws off your ability to understand what the correct way to play is.
We can presume nothing of the sort until we are another VC.In post 275, ironstove wrote:So I think we can presume 1 of 2 things:

Why not? You want some more activity from me first, before lynching? In post 276, TierShift wrote:karnos also should not be lynched.
Do your math on those numbers. I told you there was a mod lie in the first post.In post 288, karnos wrote:"This game has a distribution of 5:4:3:2:1"
5 vanilla town, 4 power role town, 3 mafia, 2 neutral, 1 serial killer.
Knowing this information is a part of my specific role PM, and is not factional. In post 286, ironstove wrote:Is no one suspicious of the fact that RR seems to know how everything is setup? Maybe we should lynch him because I have no clue how he has all of this information and I don't, but I'm town, so he must be a 3rd party like the chairman.
I have in my Role PM a statement implying that it IS a third party. In post 287, BTD6_maker wrote:The Chairman is not a third party.
On a completely unrelated note, I ISO'd Snarky and found that she had claimed Chairman, an infinite voter.
We don't know that. Perhaps the VT PM is just worded differently from the sample. In post 289, BTD6_maker wrote:Vanilla Town do not exist.
Are you suggesting that they could be votes for something else?In post 260, Clumsy Phoenix wrote:Now that I think about it... Votecounts never actually listed how many until lynch... They may not be lynched. We'll have to see.
Well like any other bastard set up everyone just plays to their win condition. The trick is to figure out who is on the same side as you. But since it has the potential to be super bastard then even the role pms could be fake. I guess, the fun is just playing. Why does this worry you so much? Does it change the way you play or think? In post 264, ironstove wrote:This game feels pretty aimless and confusing considering we don't even know if how many mafia teams or 3rd parties are in the game (if any) so it completely throws off your ability to understand what the correct way to play is.
