we had a lot of time leading up. however, the site going down doesn't necessarily mean people are checking back every 10 minutes to find out when it's back up. it seems it's a unique circumstance that could be considered...like time remaining on counter when site went down +48 hours (prod time) for people to check back to see if the site is up

but mod decisions are mod discretionary

Why would it make less sense that Garry took the kill shot? if he was the only one to target them wouldn't it make sense? It does say that you can take roles and the kills (though it doesn't specify if you can target different people) What if Garry blocked Dunn and shot Pip?
