I find a lot of times scum don't think before posting and are just excited to talk about the things without realizing it's scummy to talk about the things / or that they might give slips if they talk about the things. I find this is what is possible here, that he didn't realize he had terminology available to him that was not available to others and went to talk as if it was shared knowledge when it wasn't. It's been a bit now I should probably go re-read and see how it all progressed and if I still feel that way about it.

When you reread BTD, look at how he overuses the words "I have a weak scumread/townread" He is being non committal for no reason. And his reasonings for having these scumreads are bad. He says that there is not much of a wagon on him, yet says our vote on him was opportunistic. Notice that right after this, he directly focuses to having a "weak" scumread on us.

if one is misreading/misunderstanding the wording of something, it's NAI. she wouldn't be more likely to pick up on that as town, and trying to quantify how much a player is trying to read you based on something so flimsy, is just going to lead to a lot of unnecessary semantic arguments.

Disagree. Any town player, sure. Frozen's described mindset, it is a lot less likely to make that mistake. Conclusion: Probably wasn't in the mindset described.

To clarify, "Frozen intentionally misrepresented me and is therefore scum" and "Frozen accidentally misrepresented me in her question, which based off of her expressed intention to really dig deep and get into my head with her questions, seems less likely as town" are two very different things.

D1 in a game I played with him where he was town. My meta on him is probably somewhat stale but there are certain things for him that I think are NAI in general and the use of "weak" when specifying his reads early on is one of them. As is the vig and setup spec stuff.
