If you have 6 of spades you're a PGO when the trump card is any 6 because your card is rank 6 and that's your rank power

You're in the spades neighbourhood when the trump is any spade because spade is your suit power

You dont get your suit power and rank power at the same time necessarily.

Look at the card. 2 is next to NK Disabler, the Spade is next to whatever the other one is. Jack of Spades activates spades' spade powers and Jacks Jacks' powers.

If the trump card is 6 of hearts youll be a PGO - you wont have the spades neighbourhood opened though because your rank is matched with the trump but not your suit

If the trump is 3 of spades youll get your neighbourhood but you wont be a PGO because your rank doesnt match.
