10 pages so far... I am going to start with Mort. He is obvious town for me. I just finished playing a game. He is as good as he was there.

Xnandraz is town, I have a played with him and his arguments are very similar to the previous game, he can be easily misinterpreted. Scum don't have to call up on him, he looks very scummy on his which explains about his disclaimer spoiler note at his very first post. All his arguments with mort, I can understand how he can be read as scum but i don't think he is scum here.

It's pretty easy to look back in retrospect and blame a bunch of people for lynching the cop; I laid out the reasons why I suspected him, he didn't respond well, I pushed for his lynch. You can find these reasons pretty quickly by ISOing me.

But, since I'm interested to see where you're going with this approach, here's why I thought he was scummy:

As far as why I find Xnad scummy goes, I find his early vote on Zanaki is iffy. I understand the concept of correcting logic and tagging on a vote because fuck it, but 35 implied a different sort of mindset. His clarification to this was that he was pressuring Zaraki sort of (but not really), which is pretty muddled to me. I find this to be more likely to be coming from scum than town because Xdan in his opening posts seemed to emphasize how non-serious his vote was and because the "scum like to use bad logic" line is fairly reachy and his explanation for saying it (I said it differently) isn't too compelling.

I didn't like his vote on Mort; felt fake. The initial push on him was for deliberately misrepresenting him. I can sort of buy the vote; it's silly, but I can buy it. What I can't buy is the transition off of Mort. He goes from "Mort is deliberately twisting my words" to "Mort is probably town. If you suspect me, I am sorry because I am Town."; I'd expect if it was a genuine move off he'd talk about why he changed his mind or there'd be some sort of obvious evidence in thread but there's nothing except for the unvote (which shouldn't make a townie back off immediately).

I didn't like his initial push on Zaraki; the "I don't find you scummy for contradicting yourself, I find you scummy for not clearing it up" line is eeeuuuuggghhh when Zaraki just make an attempt to explain what was going on and Xnad didn't attempt to explain why he didn't buy it at the time.

The rest of his content is sort of floaty, but I'm sure it will be more helpful to read it in context.
