Well I don't see Trans as scummy. But let's say I was in the situation. I would just defend my townread, or if the person pushing the wagon was obviously scummy, go attack them. But I don't think Trans is being obviously scummy. I think he's town.

If your townreads agree on a wagon, but you cannot see a reason good or bad, voting the wagon generates reactions. You can use those reactions to determine the likelihood of a wagon sticking.
