Nos seems to be clearly trying to crumb his actual role there with the "md" for "motion detector". It's a fine idea, to claim your actual role as scum. You know there won't be a town motion detector to cc. The crumbs give your claim credence. Good.

So the scumteam probably talked about this, or nos said "hey i'ma crumb my role" In their chat.

....so then scumbuddy-kyouko, knowing full well what nos was actually crumbing, has to make up a fake train of thought, that he thought him crumbing doctor.

And plus, I think it would be a lot easier to pay attention to crumbs if you are told that someone is actually going to crumb.
