I think pep may flip scum (his play has been bad and scummy and stubborn but that also makes me doubt a scum would play this carelessly) but at the end not as sure compared to ali or fro. I will try to be around and would like to end the day soon but after the weekend to be able to asses everything and say some words before night.

@fro9 If you are careless I'm not going to tell you how to play scum, I catched some holes and I'm not revealing them until either you flip and confirm my suspicions or I feel I'm about to die so I let my thoughts out.

Yes they will. But that's why it would've been better if he claimed a parthner. Scum want conftown out of the game little or less. It's good to kill the masons before people start believing them. But since this is multiball, scum will be afraid to target both masons. It would basically clear Clumsy in my eyes.

So it's good to out the Masons to be prime targets for night kills, because scum would be too afraid to use their NK for fear of wasting one? Have you missed the fact that scum can attempt to communicate in thread? They can try to coordinate if they're clever. If you don't believe me, I can link you to a game where the main mechanic was based on this very thing. Scum had no day or night talk, and had to all submit the same name for a kill to go through. They had to rely on clever communication in the public thread to do this. So the upside you mentioned isn't so great of an upside, and will get us killed, with the downside of losing all info connected to people not knowing the confirmed town. So no, claiming the masonry is -dumb-, and won't be happening unless it's absolutely necessary.

To my replacement and the rest of the town: There's zero chance that PT cop role is town. Why would a setup give town a role that hurts town PRs and doesn't even confirm scum? Doubly so if there's any neighbors in the game. Much better to give to a scum team; it alows them to hunt masons AND otherscum at the same time. Don't let them get away with such a scumclaim. Alisae; this means you. Stop waffling and see the light; that's not a town PR.

The way you say it, it almost seems too powerful to give to a scumteam. My role has limits. As you've defined, it can't confirm scum, it can hurt town PR's, and as gerry said, traitors could lead investigations astray. It's quite useful in proving claims false, however. I think limiting and having the role less reliable as town makes it more likely to be town. Does that make sense?
