But even if it did or didn't end the day there's no reason not to vote the mod now if you were scum.
We're only 8 pages in since daystart. And if it doesn't end the day then nothing happens and they can move on our marry ways.
If it ends the day then they get to no lynch sucessfully.
Saying wait while keeping your vote doesn't sound very genuine. If you had some second thoughts about the consequences of that vote wouldn't you have removed it or did you not really care just wanted to imply you do?

What makes you think I would play differently if my alignment changed?
Why does Toto being more aggressive make him town?
Because generally people play different when their alignment changes. I guess more specifically my issue with you is that you were setup speccing and asking questions that weren't too alignment indicative.
Because people tend to be more aggressive as town than as scum, especially early on. The only exception is players who are very confident as scum, but there's no reason to believe that about toto.
Can you explain this better. In a small player count like this how does it benifit town to give scum any extra information?
Because it's a big deal when town investigates someone and gets no result, it's a wasted investigation. Especially knowing that there's a cop in the game.

Good point, I guess I thought it was unlikely there would be actual consequences (and I still think that)

Generally.
But you seem to think its true in this specific case.
In a game that was restarted with the same playerset.
and why is my set-up spec scummier than that of others in this game?

So playing the same means I'm still scum?
But playing differently means Toto is still town?
There is literally no town benefit to a mod-lynch.
We have to hold a possible mod-lynch over Alisae's head to get him to play pro-town.
If we do this now we lose leverage.
ONLY SCUM (and Alisae) SHOULD WANT A MOD-LYNCH ATM

Basically my issue with you was that you didn't seem to be scumhunting very much until now, when you're nitpicking on this one point. Toto and screen seemed to be trying to find scum for example with toto's crystal push and screen's vote on me. I explained it poorly when I said the issue was that you're playing the same. (Though you did setup spec last game)
