Twilight 1
The sunset bathed the entire town in a sanguine glow, an atmosphere very appropriate for
what was happening right now. Half the people had gathered around the shepherd and were
menacingly slamming their pitchforks in the ground to the rhythm of the classical rock song,
We Will Lynch You.
Charloux:Shepard! For crimes against humanity and animality alike, the people of Murdertown sentence
you to death! Any last words?
Cooperative Sheep cast back an indignant look and spat in their feet in response.
Frogger:Boys, can we get this over with faster? I'm getting bored.
theplague42:Very well then. DIE, SCUM!
With an angry mob united against him, and nobody to help him, the shepherd of Murdertown
could do little to defend himself. They impaled him with their pitchforks and carried him to the
gallows, where theplague42, the town hangman, tied the crude rope to his neck. A minute
later, the deed was done and they no longer had a person responsible for herding sheep.
Doubting that was all he did, they searched his body and home for evidence of his
extracurricular activities. After an hour of unfruitful ransacking, Intermission finally found a
stash full of whips, handcuffs, tooth-removal devices and a pair of headphones tuned to play
Macarena ad infinitum. All that was missing really was a dungeon cell.
Relieved they had made the right choice, the uplifted crowd dumped the body in the cemetery
and threw a great party to celebrate their victory, while Charloux secretly freed all the sheep
held captive, as the real reason he had voted the shepherd in the first place was because he
was a vegan.

Night 1
The party they threw was big, involved a lot of booze, and stretched past curfew - a mistake
that somebody was surely going to pay for.
High on the main road, a lonely figure was twisting its legs in an attempt to walk, but appared
to be past the BAC level that allowed walking. Completing his terrifying visage, one that often
reminded people of disturbed serial killers, was an even more terrifying nickname, theplague42.
Nobody was really sure what he'd done to deserve this monstrosity as his name, and it was
entirely possible that the madman had given it to himself.
It was a bad night for theplague42. Not only had they refused to acknowledge his role in the
execution of the shepherd, but many were suspecting a connection between the two and
rationalised his cooperation as an act of abandoning a sinking ship. A few had gone as far as
demanding his immediate execution the following day, which perhaps was the reason he drank
his alcohol stash dry.
On that fateful night, theplague42 came home late to discover that somebody was already
waiting for him. At first he thought he had drunkenly mistaken his house, but even in his
condition he could never mistake the decrepit shack he tentatively called home.
theplague42:Whho zhe fock are you n' whath 're you doingg in mah ho.. house?
Stranger:Looking for you. You forgot your gun.
theplague42:Mah.. g gun? I dun have a gun...
Stranger:Really? Oh. My bad. It is a good gun though. I bet it also shoots good. Lemme try.
The muzzle belched a stream of blaze as a gunshot echoed across the street. By all standards,
the gun was spectacular. It's too bad theplague42 was at the wrong end of the spectacle.
Awoken by the noise, theplague42's neighours, Siblings Quarrel, stormed out of their door and
rushed to help. By the time they arrived however the stranger was good as gone. Only the
bleeding out hangman was left there, grasping for air through his punctured lungs.
theplague42:F... froggy... help...
Frogger:Help you? Why should we help you. You're the scum.
theplague42:Nno... I kn... know...
Frogger:Scum, scum, scummity-scum. Just die already. Here, let us euthanise you.
Just as Siblings Quarrel were about to help their neighbour cross over to the other side,
somebody patted them on the shoulder.
Masked figure:Hello boys. Out for some fresh air huh? What a coincidence, me too. Let's take a stroll
together, shall we?
Alisea:The fuck's wrong with you? I was just killing the scum.
Frogger:No, I was.
Alisea:You know I'm responsible for controlling the-- ah, whatever.
Masked figure:Right. Of course. The scum.
Like a sheriff in a cheap western, the masked figure drew its revolver with legendary speed,
spun it around its finger, and proceeded to fire a few times in the dying man's head.
Alisea:That looked awesome! Who are you though? And why are you wearing a mask?
Frogger:Yeah, don't you know only the mafia wear masks?
Alisea:Yeah, and wander out late at night.
Frogger:And have guns.
Alisea:And shoot people with them.
Frogger:If I didn't know any better, I'd say you're definitely the mafia.
Alisea:Except you just shot it. So who the hell are you?
Masked figure:I'm the town vigilante, of course.
The figure was smirking underneath its balaclava. The siblings could tell despite the darkness,
because the flashes from the bullets it fired at them revealed at least that much. As they laid
there in death throes, Frogger could swear that the smugness of that smirk was more agonising
than any of those bullets.
As dawn broke, the denizens of Murdertown were greeted by a grim sight. Gently rocked by the
grave wind was the body of their beloved town leaders, Siblings Quarrel, suspended on the crude
rope that executed the shepherd the previous night. Their body was covered in deep punctures,
as if somebody had repeatedly stabbed it with a pitchfork. Next to them was the town hangman
and rumoured mafioso, theplague42, in what appeared to be a staged hanging scene. Except he
was anchored to his posture with the help of lengthy industrial nails that pierced his bones and
held his limbs in fixed position.
Only then they finally knew. Theplague42 was a bad man. Unplesant, cruel, alcoholic, a bloody
executioner no less - but he was not their enemy.

That vig shot is actually sickening
How about shooting an actual scumfuck vs someone who didn't have much time to invest into this game.
Aye caramba.-

I'm trying to assess whether Sesq's scum or just a bad player. Help?
I'm not too fond of Charloux but I don't think he's scummy. Not very helpful but also not scummy. I recall him making a few good points at the beginning, gotta reread.
Do you think it's likely for scum to vote their partner in RVS and stay parked like that? I know it's wifom territory but personally I don't think I'd do that. Sesq's unvote and attempt at a counter on Bella looks more suspicious imo. Why'd the clown drive over the cup?
He wanted to crack him up!-

You wouldn't think scum would say such a thing, but he could be setting up a scenario where he could say that, night kill that said person and use WIFOM to say scum wouldn't say that.In post 366, The_Jester wrote:I REALLY wanna wagon Sesq but why would he post something like #330 as scum?
He was scum read on day one, but I don't think he's the avenue I'd go down right now.
This is a good point, at the stage he jumped off, Sheep was the only lynch that was going to happen on day one. As scum, in that scenario on a partner, it was the best time to say nothing else is going to change let's sever all ties and let him go.In post 367, The_Jester wrote:And now I'm starting to think she wouldn't jump off her partner's wagon when he was very clearly doomed, ughYou'll Never Walk Alone!-

This is what I'm trying to establish right now. Before the day started I was dead set on Sesq and thought of Charloux, now I'm starting to think it's not that simple.
As for Charloux what I dislike is lack of input besides theory/meta talk and basically no drive to push anybody. I liked his (as what I thought it was) reaction test in #194.Why'd the clown drive over the cup?

I'm starting liking Sesq for scum less and less. My main issue was the lack of solid reads but coming to think of it, scum wanna hide the fact of not having scumreads and that's not what she did at all with her readlist of null. Plus scum are more likely to easily give towncred to people they think seem town and again that's not what she did. Why'd the clown drive over the cup?
