The idea is that if you were to simply roll your face on the keyboard, you would kill anything, because they were so easy. So, I literally smacked my face on the keyboard and rolled it a bit, then deleted every other letter and all of the symbols that can't be in a character name. Then I added vowels where needed. That character is my favorite, so the name stuck for other games as well.
