Caesar finds the arguments against investment in Cultural improvements unconvincing. It would be a boon for all, and hardly just the disloyal, to learn what wondrous constructions our neighbor realms have managed to build. This will grant the Imperial Senate the ability to strategize, and narrow down what we might expect from our neighbors. For example, We would not wish for it to be possible for a Senator to be able to claim to have consulted an Oracle in their district when we know that no such personage exists, and for such a claim to go unchallenged.

We recognize that the Senate is likely to pursue Natural investment, and we shall approve this measure if the Senate is resolved. It also provides benefits to the Empire.

We begin to suspect disloyalty from those who stubbornly resist to invest in the Empire at all.

The responsibilities on your Emperor are not nearly as great as they were last time the Senate was in session, though He has duties in the next few hours. The Senate should remain in session until Imperial Caesar is able to dispense His Wisdom in a short time.

I recognized Frogger as obvtown from the beginning, and so did everyone else.

Arts -- Denied who knows what in lynch powers
Sciences -- Ability to plan wonders
Natural -- Ability to grab old unbuilt wonder after mass claim that could help us break the game or if someone lied about picking one up.
Cultural -- Meh not seeing too much use in that.

Repeatedly voting none disregards what Town can do.
We win when we are positive and think we CAN do things.

i trust nahdia as a mod to not making every resolution pro-scum. even cultural has a use. it's likely scum already has a good idea of what wonders town successfully built and which they have not, scum dont have a clue
you can see in the advertising shit for this game that nahdia wanted a setup where town wasn't in the dark the whole game. that's what this resolution mechanic is
