I really wouldn't call that a gambit I don't see what town had to gain from the reaction, like how does Chara wanting to lynch Dunn too going to change VaX's answer to that question?

He only states that, yes, but that wasn't what I said. He positioned himself so he'd be able to switch his town reads to scum, specifically with his read on me. It's just how I felt reading that one post of his. I've stated all this before.

You have but honestly I feel like that reasoning is weak. None of my town reads are currently so strong that I'd be unwilling to swap if needs be, especially without flips and wagons to look at. That post he laid out his 4 top scumreads with reasoning (albeit poor) and also gave a few townreads. shrug

i said it. i wanted an immediate response from Vax, but i didn't get one so the post became meaningless. i clarified i didn't want to lynch Dunn because i'm townreading him.

i said i might follow Vax onto Dunn to give the impression i was with Vax, not against them. it was a spur of the moment idea that didn't pan out due to Vax leaving thw thread at that time, or something.

Boonskiies still town, Gamma possibly town. i'd say Desperado is town on my wagon, unsure about the rest. Vifam's reasoning for the vote doesn't make sense and needs to be explained, and PV's vote needs something to back it up as well.
don't remember if Papa Zito gave reasoning, but PV's vote is more suspicious to me than it for reasons i hope are obvious.

That sounds like scum motivation to me, if you're town why would you care about giving Vax the impression that you're with him? I don't understand what you were trying to get from that, looked like you wanted to come off as non-threatening and decided it wasn't necessary so you backed off.

it wasn't even a gambit. there was no risk at all. i said it because i was suspicious of Vax's reasoning and wanted to get a quick response that couldn't be tailored, and saying i could vote Dunn was the firat thing i thought of.
