This argument below seems so clinical and abstract, it doesn't read how a town response would. In appealing to logic so coldly, it comes across as fake. Also, there's the admission that you'd do it as scum as well. This post is not so much a denial of being scum as it is you saying 'yeah but I'd do it as town too so don't scum read me for it'. That doesn't fly with me.

Well, I think - or I like to think that I think - in clinical and abstract ways. I'm not sure what makes you think that I would be unclinical or warm as town but not scum. There are tons of extremely clinical town players - Magna and Thor are two off the top of my head(there are also many extremely unclinical players, like KainTepes or Riley Cake; the point is that all players are different and applying a hard tonal tell to everyone is a doomed idea). I always appeal to logic in mafia games - after all, mafia is a game about logic.

Can you explain what's wrong with the thinking that if I would do something as both alignments, it's wrong to scumread me for it?

There's nothing wrong with it from a logical standpoint but from a gut feel it's weird.

Infinity town bc he's actively engaging with people and moving the discussion along rather well.

Hito town bc he's laying out his thought processes very clearly and I find that I understand them and they make a lot of sense.

Like I said before, the Internal Auditor should claim that they are IA in their working papers in case they are killed N1.

However, EVERYONE ELSE should also claim their External Auditor status in their working papers. If someone flips with no auditor status there's always the danger they were an IA and just went full space cadet. By explicitly confirming that you're an EA in your papers, an un-cc'd IA will be conftown tomorrow, not just nearly conf town.

Not as much as I used to. Only large themes and some mini themes since my return a few months ago. I can deep dive a specific person if you're asking.

You're putting words in my mouth. I didn't say that voting blindly was protown. I said I didn't give it much thought and I assumed (wrongly) that the choices would be roughly equivalent. Also, I have no idea whether I'm better at normal than nightless. My personal winrate as town is like 20% or something, and I've never played nightless.
