Both Trivium's and Jae's responses are super shitty, especially because your post/rationale was really bad. In particular, I think Trivium's is worse because he says "I think I see what you mean" as though you just imparted some sage monk wisdom as opposed to just stated an illogical read.

I feel like stylistically what he's doing (this is hard to put my finger on and recount you, but it' a casual style of posting that I've seen before) is harder to do as town than as scum. I also like #124. Seems like he doesn't feel under any pressure to be performative.

Early reads are hard to form and harder still with people I don't know well though. Plus it seems like there's a bunch of experienced folks here so I'm probably also liable to get owned by making too many assumptions.

I had a Sr on his predec but yes I have a harder time reading ali when he replaces in because his tempo is off and doesn't match either his town or scum play. I did use my meta tell on you that game then let you weasel out of it tho. And I was planning to reevaluate in lylo but lickety was just determined to throw so meh.

Additional point I hadn't seen him as mafia at that point either.
