I just had an epiphany about this. Something about this irked me, but I didn't know why at the time. Now I realized - it remains unclear where the DN lands if passed away temporarily, and the original owner is lynched. The mod even refused to clarify this point when I asked about it earlier at start of day. But here creature claims that it goes to the remaining cult. Either he is making a baseless claim, or he knows something we don't, which points to scum.

i didn't agree with the mechanics focused scumread on varsoon. Yume seemed to be playing like she was town. Elena's end of day vote was horrible and their interactions on day 2 were pretty scummy, as well as 1svt towning it up meant that elena seemed to be most likely cult. also the fact that people weren't feeding into the 1v1 between elena and CA particularly but it kept going implied there was cult there.
