During the day I started to think Titus was town but then I got blinded by Severa townread which I thought was weird and odd. It made me think I was wrong.

If nothing changed at the end of the day I would randomize all town and one townie would be lynched.

No lynch is explicitly not an option in the wiki.

This extreme resort was added in order to make sure people don't sit for all end times and never vote.

No lynch votes will not be counted.

As soon the current watcher dies, a randomly chosen town backup will replace it.
The town cannot no-lynch, as such, plurality deadline rules apply to lynches.
