Based on the posting, this seems like the most likely WW (although unlikely Mafia).
Not_Mafia is probably Town. It is very unlikely for the lone Werewolf to quickhammer when it doesn't win the game. In addition, Not_Mafia was put on the list so it is unlikely that they are Mafia. It is possible that there is one Mafia on the list but even then this is a large risk for Mafia to take, which means that people on the list are overall less likely to be Mafia.

I think NM is probably scum for the quickhammer (pending a quick meta dive), but this pings me. It feels like it's preparing to argue tomorrow that lynching NM was righteous even if he flips town.
