I also feel that Drixx is not investing himself in the game so as to give the least amount of associative tells after he's lynched. The primary reason he's getting lynched is Pine's posts so he could very well have thought that there wasn't much he could do and it wasn't really his "fault" for replacing into a doomed scumslot.

I don't think his comments about getting me and Pine to read eachother is anything scum!Loopdan couldn't fake. Especially not so if Loop is scum with Drixx. I think pushing the BP claim strat is completely null because it's just a good cover for scum to seem active in thread without actually doing fuck all. I couldn't care less about his misguided comments on win-con and ftr I've received a lot of support for my approach outside of this game but I'm not interested in discussing play philosophy here.

pedit I've thought of that yes and it's possible but it's not helpful for looking at the game to just assume he's scum giving up.

I may have replaced into a doomed slot, but it's not a SCUM slot. I'm just terribad at day one, which is one of the reasons I play in the newbie queue continuously. I figure some ways to get better day one will stick eventually. It's a matter of checking my day one in games and you'll see a very slight upward trend from my first game on site until now. Easy to confirm and not a really good defense if I actually were scum.

I'm not going to wade into Amished tell territory, so let it suffice to say that a great many day one mislynches go against town players who say something in a way that others believe is scummy. Given that I am not Pine, and thus cannot possibly know what motivated his posts, there's literally nothing I can do about it, except to leave my reads and thoughts and hope you guys carry the rest.
