haven't done the work. I read your post on the associations. My worry is that if you and Pine know each other so well, it's very possible he decided that he would bus in this game to throw you off. He even started out the game talking about how much he doesn't bus so it's clear he expects you to think he doesn't bus. That's the main reason I think StealthyNoodle should be examined more before we cross him off the list. Drixx lying down and taking the lynch is something that adds to this theory. The lynch wasn't set in stone until the very end of the day and I think if Drixx was partnered with WhyMafia, he had nothing to lose by fighting tooth and nail to dodge the lynch. It's only if his partner was set for the game that he wouldn't want to disturb the prevailing town consensus. As for Alisae, I'm fine voting him if we both conclude that he's scum. I don't think anyone's unlynchable.

I don't think that Pine would teach newbies something he categorically opposes as a matter of mafia theory simply to win a game. I also don't think he would compromise his meta for one game. But I'm fine going through everything.

Locktown is a slot that you have conclusively sorted as Town and cannot believe a universe where they are scum. It's one step short of mechanically conf!town.

Actually, I did take note of post 176 (which is his only defense of Cog, as mentioned in 463). And something was off about it: I remember being a bit annoyed because he pretty much spewed out the same non-sense as Chronicle:

I remember taking note of you actually doing research on Pine's posting.

In this post he "corrected" TesXX' response to nancy, by stating that Pine only made 4 posts that were game-related, which means he actually went back to check.

Unless he and Pine are scumbuddies, I see it as potential scumhunting.

I still think this holds true. Now that we know that Pine was scum, it could just as well be you finding a good defense for him.
In Pine's case, you went back and found reasonable defense.
In bjc's case, you copied Chronicle's defense, and pretty much made it your own.
