Why does Nother VT need to volunteer for the lynch pool? Titus/Shannon/Me is probably a good enough lynch pool for now. I'm pretty sure in my Titus scumread.

It's only a lynchpool by virtue of having more VTs than there actually are in the game. Without Momo, it's just a bunch of people who are either VTs or scum.

Give a guy a break, he has to divert attention from you somehow. No matter your alignment, scum do not want you dead.

Yeah if someone could give me a quick synopsis that would be great. What are we trying to figure out here? Or give me a post number that explains the setup stuff. Im not terrible with numbers so dont be shy about the math.

We have a one shot doc (CommKnight) claim that requires a full doc.
We have a one shot rb claim (Umlaut) that requires a full rb (momo).

We have an innocent child.

Lynching Umlaut either nets scum or confirms momo.

We should lynch from that pool. Any vig action in the game tonight should be hitting that pool. The worst that comes of it is the death of a VT. And someone in the pool is lying.

I honestly don't put that in Momo's range to come to that conclusion. In my last game with him as he was lynched for being an idiot he called for a player to be lynched after him that died on day 1.

Synopsis of events for our latecomers:

• I claimed "I know two letters of the setup" which makes me one of {full cop, full vig, mason, 1-shot RB}.
  
• This was
  mostly
  believed but people asked for a full claim, which I refused to give except on pain of lynching.
  
• My refusal and my attitude were taken as scumtells and enough votes rolled in to threaten a lynch.
  
• I claimed 1-shot RB.
  
• I was kept at L-1 (well, apparently L-2 but I thought it was L-1) pending corroboration by the full roleblocker.
  
• If Frank had showed up three minutes earlier I probably would have been lynched, because momo's bullshit VT claim was taken seriously for some reason so no one was waiting to hear his claim.
  
• This was all instigated by Titus, and its primary effect has been to take all the attention off the previous two major wagons, davesaz and shannon.

Pretty much any argument based on scum putting themselves at greater risk to save their power roles is terrible. There is no scum PR within the range of a normal setup that is worth taking those kinds of risks.

This is going to be another issue I think we are going to have to wait on Daddy Pinetrees to come resolve. But given his previous comments I think i'm on the right side this time. Even if it might mean a me or alchemist lynch instead of a lynch on scum.

It's not a hard conclusion when you buddy will go down and you're staring two conftown in the face.

Actually I will move to Titus if it has the slightest bit more support than shannon.

I just realized that if shannon is scum I'll want to lynch Titus tomorrow based on associations, and if shannon is town I'll want to lynch Titus tomorrow based on PoE from the VT claimant pool. In which case there's no good reason for me not to want to lynch Titus now.

I think another unclaimed VT if they exist should let this resolve however it resolves today and claim early tomorrow.
