at the moment yeah that's probably better from a practical standpoint

like i'm kind of not certain in my reads (especially since gent doesn't want to lynch my top scumread and given wagonomics that means i probably have to rely on scum bussing if i'm right) so a part of me wants to give in but

Question for the MS people - is it normal to take the full two years for each day, or is the day phase just that long so no one feels rushed?

depends on the table but yeah the latter

my personal opinion is to use all the time you need

day 1 is good to have long so you can have a lot of wagons and counterwagons to look at after a flip but you dont want to scramble for a shitty deadline lynch so you dont accidentally NL so dont procrastinate

Sometimes a game needs a quick day though, and sometimes a lylo needs full and careful deliberation.

14 days is standard btw but i've played in different rulesets

one mod has it so that a day was only 8 days long, i've seen some make day 1 longer and the rest based on the amount of people alive

people have differing opinions on it tbh

I explicitly do not want to be checked N1 because there's a strong chance that I get shot N1.

If I'm alive to like N3 and the gamestate is such that I'm not like super obviously going to get nightkilled then I am okay with it.
