I was following along casually for parts of the game and wanted to congratulate the town for winning this! Was impressed with how smoothly this was run by MDS.

GG town, this game was fun to read. Nancy has become a hell of a town player since our first game.

I was following along casually for parts of the game and wanted to congratulate the town for winning this! Was impressed with how smoothly this was run by MDS.

I did want to mention was that Nancys "Scum just claim, it's autoloss; we'll keep everyone here hostage until you do so" type attitude is very close to side-wide rule breakages, it's attempting to get scum to break their win condition considering scum were not in fact in autoloss but merely a 1/5, 20% win chance and teaching people in a newbie game of all games to concede rather than to play to win even if in a tough position is not the right way, hope it won't happen again.

Have a few other thoughts about the game but probably will just keep them to myself. Congrats again town though!

Yeah the White Flag was eww but I honestly didn't see the day ending where my lynch doesn't go through.

Best case sinareo which involves me getting tracked is I get tracked to BlackVoid and I get nancy lynched without BlackVoid revealing his result.
And there was no way I'm not getting tracked.

Scum can be hard when people can read you really well.

I don't think you understand what me being tracked to BV AND there being a no kill implies.

Yes. It implies that there was a doc on him. That sets up a 1v1 with you and nancy. You lose that 1v1.

Nah the town had a deep deep desire down in their hearts for nancy to be not town plus me getting tracked by BV is sorta hard evidence that suggests me and nancy were roleswapping again and that I'm a doctor. BV wouldn't have anything else to go by execpt play and her claim.

YES! Wanted to be part of a perfect town win for a while now and I'm glad we didn't mislynch anyone. Good game town. I thought Loopdan played rather well as scum or at least he had me fooled for a while. I'm also glad we took our time to gamesolve on D2 and didn't get complacent. After seeing how often towns lose by quicklynching, I really wanted to take our time exploring all possibilities. @Alisae, I'll make sure to stay out of your games from this point on.

A couple of things: I do understand the concerns that the strategy of claiming BP is not an ideal introduction to mafia. But you can't play suboptimally because you want to make an unbalanced setup fairer. It goes against playing to win and the spirit of the game. The solution should always be to change the setup (which I think is being done so that's cool). Be very cautious in fake-claiming when you are town. What nancy did is one of the few acceptable ways to do it. In a hypothetical world where Alisae was town, swapping each others roles would have been a bad idea and really shouldn't be encouraged.

Like, you were spot on with what I was doing. I was mostly trying to discredit you and there were sometimes where I tried to gaslight you, but that's an area I'm not too good at I'm afraid ;~;

Though I will say, my AtE walls where I was trying to rally the town was me trying to rally up the town and not what you were trying to spin it as. Also it was to try to get you to listen to someone who knew how to read me, and I was hoping that those AtE walls would get nancy to TR me, therefore would get you to TR me.

Yeah don't do that like, ever. Scum will always try to think of some kind of options to get around the current gamestate and turn the tides in their favor if they're good at the game.
