I suppose I could see that but in mafia, you always play the hand you are dealt and some townies being unlynchable is part of how games are balanced. Each new game, you get a different experience so I don't think being conf-town in a game is detrimental necessarily to learning to play. But I probably value read accuracy more than most and I think in all the emphasis about being convincing or town-looking, people don't place enough emphasis or try hard enough to be accurate. And that's something that's harder as conf-town since you have a larger pool of players to read.
To add on this, I do really believe this "gibberish" looks like an encrypted message. Possibly solved through a combination of simple ciphers. Not sure if it's directed at town or scum though. And maybe I'm ruining the whole point of the message by mentioning this.

@TesXX Regarding that gibberish-post. After desperately trying to decipher it with several simple ciphers, I ended up with a message that started with "In my" and ended with "u must b" + some gibberish.

Am glad you kept up all game long and were still interested enough by the end to be contributing to things. I should probably write a bit for each of you guys tbh but one piece of advice I might offer you is to explain your thoughts more and try to evaluate other people's arguments at greater length, you felt like a pretty closed book for most of the game!

Just to be perfectly clear: I don't support conceding from either alignment ever. If I were soloscum in 6:1 with a guilty on me I would fight to the fucking death to get out of the guilty. I /do/ support AtEing your opponents into giving up if you think that is viable under the circumstances and do it appropriately (saying you're holding newbies out the queue is not very appropriate).
