and by saying let's just kill the mod, please don't misunderstand that as me being as okay with that as no-lynch, but I think the only way, if killing is required for the game to progress, for things to be not fucked with or changed on us despite what we THINK we find out based on aplayer-flip, is to have the mod "dead" so he can't act

I think we should no-lynch today, see if that wins us all the game (wouldn't it be cool if we could ALL win the game?!), if not, then I figure the mod is going to fuck with our wincons or flips in mid-game without us realizing it, and we should kill him D2

it might be that we also have to kill the backup mod

maybe the order could be backup mod then normal mod, but, I think by that point the mod might change things on us and maybe he is not killable on D3 or some sneaky shit?

it makes more sense to kill the mod, then effectively the "backup" comes in to play, and then we kill them

and THAT could win us the game (that is my 2nd most-likely theory, that to win the game we need to kill the mods)

I also am all about *knowing* when it comes to mafia, because ppl often claim to know things that the simply assume or presume

but with that, I am CONFIDENT in saying that I *know* Ircher is WAY more clever, smart, and interesting of a moderator to have it be as simple as 'took these from this list to make my game' - he's fucking with all of us with all of that shit, I am SO SURE

Check Ircher's ISO from the thread he linked in 272 (note: 2 pages, hundreds of roles). I found my role in there too.
Of all the possible roles, only one has a reverse tag post restriction and it's on scum. ISO 195

UNVOTE: Jester put him at what I believe was L-1/2 and I'm not sure we're ready for that yet. Not everyone understands what's going on.

Diplomat is in Irchers ISO o the roles... and 1 of the win conditions is to no lynch for 3 days.

That wincon states 3 consecutive kill-less phases, not 3 no lynches. NL D1, no kill N1, NL D2 would be an example.

As for his case, it seems like a shot in the dark to me. There are other hypothetical ways to "defy" the standard rules. You could lynch mods, lynch town, lynch players not even in the game. Everyone could self-vote. I'm just brainstorming these though.
What's for certain is that the list of roles has something to do with the game. If we lynch a claimed role within that, their flip could reveal something. As for replacing "no lynch" with "town," I think I'd rather NL than lynch town. I'm not thinking about it too much because I'm on my phone.

As for Vax, I agree he looks like scum for questioning our push on Char.

The benefit of lynching outside of Char is that he likely has a partner (he's implied it, though he's not necessarily telling the truth). He would still have a factional kill even with. However, if we aim for other killing roles, we can possibly save a kill. Ultimately, I prefer lynching Char but everyone should understand the situation.
