PeregrineV doesn't seem to be doing anything that resembles of him being town.

The other two scum are likely in {Transcend, gerryoat, aronagrundy}

Some players seem interested in gerryoat, but no one seem interested in aronagrundy. Why is arona town again?

There is likely 3 mafia left right? If I had to guess at the moment, I'd go with PV, Transcend, arona. I think.

But, my reads have been bad this game, I just have different reasonings for TRing people slightly for different reasons, even after trying to go through this with a different mindset.
