I am known as an easy ML as town but I think smart is so scared of my scum game he thinks my town game is the same... *shrug*

Quick check indicates that this is true, albeit surprising because you were pretty obvious town in Walking Dead Season Finale and I'd expect that you'd be able to act towny as either alignment. Even knowing this I would still be scared to take you on like that as scum because I usually get scumread by the people I push as scum and I wouldn't want to have you scumreading me anyway.

Well we do have some experience with each other and the fact that I made it and she accepted it as legitimate should indicate that it is. (For the record I DO think she accepted it too easily, but the point still stands.) I don't care if you accept this reasoning as valid or not, but I care if Sonia does, and it was to her that I aimed it.

It means that you're looking through people's posts for scum motivation and not for town motivation, and the more scum motivation you see the further down they go. This will automatically skew you toward scumreading more active players (for instance, Not_Mafia is in your top tier of reads which is utterly unacceptable), in addition to just showing you half of the story.

No, what I'm saying is, if you were scum and saw something that a town player did that you thought was scummy, you'd want to point it out to people because as scum you want townie lynches and it's better to use actually scummy things people did than to push complete bullcrap on people.

That's because it's easier to find scum thought process(which is more important than town thought process imo). There are some exceptions, but I usually don't get townreads for reasons much other than PoE until later in the game.

No, what I'm saying is, if you were scum and saw something that a town player did that you thought was scummy, you'd want to point it out to people because as scum you want townie lynches and it's better to use actually scummy things people did than to push complete bullcrap on people.

You're still assuming that I can determine perfectly as scum what I would find scummy as town. Assuming I'm scum and she's town, I'd know that nothing she said was ACTUALLY scum motivated and so I'd have to fake it.

That's because it's easier to find scum thought process(which is more important than town thought process imo). There are some exceptions, but I usually don't get townreads for reasons much other than PoE until later in the game.

It doesn't matter if it's easier, it's wrong and it will lead to bad results. The increased value of correctly identifying scum is perfectly offset by the greater probability that a townread will be right, making them both equally important.
