I'd only call it alignment indicative if he's been posting elsewhere or you have something that leads you to believe he has been on site or paying attention. On mobile so I don't really feel like checking his activity with a search but you are welcome to do that.

Flaking in and of itself isn't really a good indicator of motive. It's the actions once you flake and come back and make up for that flaming that's important.

I think My wagon has so many votes since I've been sticking my neck out a lot, and I believe that the wagon is bad since I believe sticking my neck out so often is a towntell. I don't know what you're trying to get across in 366 though.
