Start by convincing the first psychiatrist you see. If you can get a psychiatrist to certify that you are not as crazy as you constantly seem to be, then you'll have a shot at convincing someone here.

Hmm, it's time to address a particular vicious and persistent rumor that has been floating around about me. Specifically, that I am insane, crazy, or have a mental illness.

Let me correct the record.

As some of you may know and most of you do not, I sometimes feel as though I have trouble communicating with people. Due to this, "I" (not really me, but for ease of communication I will refer to this youthful heretic as myself) visited a child therapist when I was very young. She did not pronounce me insane. In order to get a diagnosis of Asperger's, I underwent a thorough psychological examination at the age of 14(notably after I started realizing the truth of the path). From 13-16, I also underwent twice-weekly therapy sessions to improve my communication.

All of these were with trained, reputable mental health professionals. None of them saw fit to proclaim me to be mentally ill. Therefore, I am not mentally ill.
