I never really got to know my sister well, since she went to college a couple years after I was born and got a job (and a spouse, clearly) pretty much right after. And I barely know the kid, since my sister moved cross-country to get away from my family for some reason. I just use him for fun facts like this

Well, I'm absolutely shit at drawing and any other visual art stuff like that. I made my Kingdom of Loathing thing for an art project in school and a particular scarecrow in it somehow turned out to be decent, by far the nicest thing that I've ever made. Didn't stop me from dropping art as soon as I was able though...

it was actually my idea; my father, being the useless brain-dead piece of human trash that he is, was just sitting there clueless as to what to do and I basically told him "here I've got it" and climbed through the window.

Well this guy was like "shit, i'm locked out, how do i fix this????" and then "wow bingo maybe i could use that kid over there, hey parents could i use that kid over there?" and my wonderful parents were like "yeah you can use him. hey vij! i'll lift you to that car window and you need to get those keys" and I did wow great story.

She's my sister's kid (which she had at the young age of 18!) and was born a couple of months premature. How hard it was to help watch her combined with the fact that I had a hard enough time as it was dealing with kids that were my age then kinda gave me a dislike of kids generally, really. In four months she'll turn 18, and I believe she's still interested in doing police work.

It was the plane coming home to El Paso from an AcaDec trip in Houston. The plane that was supposed to land in Houston apparently crashed, so after our team goofed around a bit telling jokes to each other, as far away as El Paso and Houston are from each other, the coach made arrangements for us to stay one more night while he tried to figure out what to do about getting everybody back home. (I don't know how; I never asked him now. I didn't consider it my business.) That was a stressful time, really.

I bring my laptop with me travelling so I just played video games. At the time I was really into playing Shadowrun (The Genesis version) which is super grindy anyways. Incidentally I don't plan to go flying anytime soon :V
