Skimmed through - nothing really seems to address my concerns with him.
His posting is a little less in this game than that one, but appears within his norms.
I ignored the game from 10 years ago.

Mafia are told pregame exactly how many Cops and Docs exist in the setup, but not who and what nights they are.

This makes me believe even more that Scum claimed doc today.

I think Titus is right. Scum already know how many cops to docs there are anyway.

If scum fake claimed doc, then there's still loads of docs.
If scum did not fake doc, then at most there's 1 or 2.

The last players to claim cop/doc should be the ones who were protected, obvious reasons.
