scummy doesn't mean scum though. Right now I have 3 players I think are scummy but neither of them have done enough to make me think they are scum yet. (read 54 for a better understanding about how I work)

In my opinion carcalilly may have done the first thing that actually makes sense to scum read this game. I agree his post comes off as him trying to ACT towny. At least I agree enough to vote. Twoface is the only other one I'm concerned with. Not as strong as carcalilly though.
