tbh I should target someone I'm townreading in case I get tracked or something. If I prevent a scumread getting AIDS, that makes no sense at all. So targeting Shadoweh doesn't really seem like a good option to me.

Leonshade/Socrates/Prism seem like better options to me.

Chimchar, the only reasonable explanation that I can think of (rehashed) is that in your role PM it specifically calls the Jesus Christ vote your second vote and stated that it died when you did and since you are Jesus Christ you thought that the restrictions also applied to you. When you asked Beli during the night, he clarified that those restrictions applied to Jesus Christ, not Jesus of Nazareth aka The Son of God aka The Man aka Jesus fuckin' Christ.

Alternatively, Beli could have told you that there's a difference between Jesus Christ the vote and Jesus Christ the player and the same restrictions that apply to the vote don't apply to the player (despite the wording of the rules).

Alternatively, you can claim 3P poisoner (who legitimately thought he couldn't hammer), but I think the second argument is best.

But yeah, the explanation that I think is most feasible is that because you are Jesus Christ and your role PM specifically references the vote to be your second vote (and not a separate entity) and because the rules explicitly say "Jesus Christ can't hammer" and not "the Jesus Christ vote can't hammer" you thought you couldn't hammer either. When you PM'ed Beli asking him if you could self-hammer or if the Jesus Christ vote could hammer you, he said that you could hammer yourself but the Christ vote couldn't; you thought that it was pretty clear you thought you count hammer there and if you were misinterpreting things that's where he would correct you.
