If we're going to counterwagon N_M [and honestly there's a big part of me that's worried that I'm keeping my vote here out of a combination of frustration of his bad push on me and his general unwillingness to actually address anything with any level of serious substance], I would be willing to vote either PP or maybe CCC if I still feel that after thinking about it more.

i cant quite place it, but its a persistent theme throughout notsure's ISO and it really reeks of nervousness
like trying hard to give off the impression that they're wearing their heart on their sleeves and getting verbose whenever a tangent, that doesnt advance the game in any meaningful way, presents itself

could be newbie town, but that kind of play is more likely to come from newbie scum
