If Peregrinev is scum, that means he knows that nosferatu is getting shot, allowing them to finally take out whymafia (also leaving peregrine as the only member of the neighborhood). The fact that Whymafia was killed tonight highly suggests that peregrinev is scum. Zach is almost confirmed scum.

The only reasons I can think of is that Nosferatu did a pretty BLATATANTLY (and almost too obvious) frame job of him, and PoE, and the fact that I just can't see how Zach's not a wolf with Dunn's logic and Zach is pushing on Moz lol.
