If you were the real N0 Global Neapolitan, you would know that you needed a chance to select if you were going to use your global Neapolitan or not.

Technically, that's a Vanilla Cop which does jackshit apart from calling out inconsequential scum PRs who claim VT. A Neapolitan is useful because a VT result is a hard Innocent, although a guilty can easily just claim a power role.
