My availability is mostly evenings except for the weekend, since I'll be working. (Edit: Also, I lied on the survey, I won't be there Wednesday)

If people are really serious about doing wine tasting, I would be interested in chauffeuring a daytrip to some of my favorite wineries in the wine region straight east of Pleasanton (Amador County). That region makes the best Barbera & Zinfandel in the world, as well as a bunch of other great stuff! Also, wine tasting is generally free; the policy at most places is $5 for tasting unless you buy a bottle, but they often waive that if you are nice regardless. Plus, I have a wine club membership out there where people who come with me can taste for free anyway!

We can talk more the first night, but if people are interested, we could go up on Saturday or Sunday and check it out.

I be able to hopefully provide transportation to and from local areas as needed. I just need to know an "I expect to need rides at X times" from people so nothing interferes with the ride availability. As long as there is 24 hour notice, anything within a 15 minute or so range from the airbnb is something I am willing to do.

I would like to if possible be picked up at basically any time on Friday (I'm happy to leave work early or not). I'm about 35 minutes away and am not sure when zoraster who lives right near me is planning to leave but if he's going at all on Friday then I'd like to hitch a ride with him? If not then if anyone else who is able would be nice, and barring that, I'll just take a lyft. I'd prefer getting a ride mostly just because it means i can stuff arbitrarily many board games into someone's car without feeling like i'm making a mockery of myself to society at large.

what set of games I'm bringing but it's probably going to amount to everything that I can fit in a suitcase + a couple more that i'll stuff in a duffel bag w/ clothes or carry by hand.

How far is the BART station destination to where we're staying in Pleasanton? I was planning on just taking a lyft/uber from there to the airbnb but if it's $30+ from there still I might reconsider

I was thinking from home but actually either way should work. Only issue with leaving from work would be getting luggage there but I can deal with that without too much hassle. Basically any time from early afternoon to evening works for me. Or conceivably earlier. There's nothing specific I have scheduled on Friday.

Okay great. I'll let you know by tomorrow. I want to check to see if my wife is coming. If she is it might be easier to swing by your work (you're MTV and not sunnyvale, right?) late afternoon. If she's not, then early afternoon might help us beat the traffic and your house is fine.
