Tis too bold for scum to directly vouch as with mulch did for nosferatu, however.

Me and mulch won our last scum game together partly because of a town bloc of people with similar popular opinion; I'm still trying to figure out if scum!mulch would have to audacity to try and force this condition as scum.

If leading wagons are on town there is no reason to control anything of the gamestate or push any mislynch. Passivity is what follows from complacency and boredom.

Yes there is, as scum you need constantly maintain control of the gamestate and be active to achieve said mislynches. There are times where you don't need to do the latter due to town just eating themselves alive but at some point you run the risk of town finding each other, forming a town block naturally, and coming to the conclusion that you're scum through PoE.
